Hello! I am currently accepting new in-person clients. I’m committed to helping children and families learn how to communicate and connect. I believe that behaviors are the only way some children know how to communicate and express a need. Working to figure out the need and meet it is so important and helps children find their voice.

My work focuses on using a trauma-informed lens to help families incorporate TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) into their lives. I also use play therapy and I am currently working on becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I can help children work on social skills, emotional regulation, and building positive coping skills. I believe in empowering my clients while ensuring felt safety, regardless of age or background. I’m passionate about helping families and children heal and work through their trauma or difficult life events. If you’re struggling to cope with life, trauma, or grief, I can help you navigate these feelings and behaviors and offer a path forward.
