I am excited to work with you! I offer services across the age span. I’m experienced in play therapy with children 3-12 years of age as well as counseling for teens and adults. I come from a “solution-focused” background, preferring to focus on the potential solutions instead of current problems. I believe that every single human being has inherent strengths they can use to overcome the reason they are attending therapy.

I specialize in play therapy; however, I do have a history of working with trauma and grief for children and adults. In addition, I specialize in working with athletes as they overcome sports related issues such as preparation, visualization, and injury recovery.
